Complaint Policy

Our aim is to ensure we offer all our customers an excellent level of service across all areas of our business. If at any time we have given you a less than satisfactory service, we shall try to do everything reasonable to put it right.

We endeavor to resolve all complaints within three working days of receiving the complaint. Where this is not possible, we will e-mail you advising you that your complaint will take longer to resolve and provide reasons for this. We aim to resolve all complaints within 8 weeks.
