Like a fool I dropped my phone in the canal…. My refurbished iPhone 13 Pro from Grade Mobile arrived two days later (order 318898), so minimum time without this essential item. I was a bit nervous about buying a refurbished phone, especially when it is not a particularly recent generation, but that’s all my budget stretched to. I needn’t have worried. It was advertised as being in excellent condition but is really like new. It has 96% battery health, and fully charged only seems to go down about 20% after I’ve been using it all day - where my old phone (just one generation older) barely lasted half a day. And they even gave me a spare case and put on a screen protector perfectly (better than I have ever done - it is always slightly crooked when I do it). I rarely write reviews unless they are very good or very bad. In this case, very very good.

My daughter’s old iPhone urgently needed replacement but there was only a small budget to do it so we started looking at refurbished. I got this via Amazon and the phone was exactly as described. Good 85% battery. A couple of tiny scratches that you can only see if you go looking and otherwise a phone for a fraction of the list price. Oh and a great selection of colours including yellow :). Due to a medical incident I was not able to post as had planned yet it was still accepted nearly a fortnight after submitting. The money agreed upon was in my account within a hour. No - all our phones are SIM-Free and Unlocked for you to use with any network provider. However, we are able to provide one of our own SIM cards with your device. Just let us know, or select the option if available at checkout, you can choose your sim package at a later date.
You can cancel anytime within 30 days of the day you receive the product by written notice. If the device is brand new, it must be unopened when you return the device back to us, otherwise you may be subject to fees; best to check your contract or give us a call so we can go through your options with you. When you return the device you must ensure all pass codes and accounts such as iCloud and Google are removed before shipping the device back to us.
